Free Shipping is available across India.
Shipping Time: Products will be shipped either on the same day or the next day depending on the time of order.
Couriers: We use couriers like FedEx, Delhivery & Speed Post for the speedy delivery of your orders.
Exclusive Collection: This category does not fall under any conditions for Return or refund/Exchange policies.
Returns Policies:
A.) Free Returns & Replacements:-
- 1. If the product delivered is manufactured defective.
- 2. If the product delivered is transit defective.
- 3. If the product delivered is the wrong shipment.
- Note 1:- In the above-mentioned cases free Returns and Replacements(exchange with the actual ordered product(s)) would be given.
- Note 2:- If in case, the ordered product is out of stock, a refund will be done.
B.) If Right Item(s)(as actually ordered by the customer) is delivered in Right condition(free of any kind of damages):-
In this case, ONLY Return requests are accepted and no EXCHANGE/REPLACEMENT can be done. Refund will be done deducting the RTO(Return To Origin) charges, also called as return shipment cost along with the shipping cost of the product borne by Indi Bay.
C.) Customers Not Available/ Refuse to accept the order/Incorrect address:-
If in case, customers are unreachable i.e. not available at the time of delivery at the mentioned address or not picking up the call of the delivery guy, refuse to accept the product/item, or if the address provided by the customer is found wrong then in that scenario; Refund will be done deducting the RTO(Return To Origin) charges, also called as return shipment cost along with the shipping cost of the product borne by Indi Bay.
D.)Order Lost/Misplaced/Non-Delivered:-
In such a case, delivery of the ordered product(s)/item(s) will be attempted again free of cost.
For Indi Bay Exclusive Category:-
A.) Free Returns & Replacements:-
- 1. If the product delivered is manufactured defective.
- 2. If the product delivered is transit defective.
- 3. If the product delivered is the wrong shipment.
- Note :- In the above-mentioned cases free Returns and Replacements(exchange with the actual ordered product(s)) would be given.
B.) If Right Item(s)(as actually ordered by the customer) is delivered in Right condition(free of any kind of damages):-
In such cases, NO Exchange or Refund will be done by us. If you wish to return the correctly delivered product(s), you may deliver it to us at our provided address under ‘Contact Us’.
C.) Customers Not Available or Contactable/ Refuse to accept the order/Incorrect address/COD amount not ready:-
In such cases, the ordered product(s)/item(s) will be sent back to us but the end customer has to bear the RTO(Return To Origin) Charges.
D.)Order Lost In- Transit/Misplaced/Non-Delivered:-
In such cases, we’ll refund you or reprint and dispatch a new shipment.
Returns Accepted for Below Goods:
Readymade- Men’s Shirts & Women’s Shirts, and other Readymade items:
- 1. Items can be exchanged for other sizes if available.
- 2. Items should contain the tags and packages as received. Tags should not be removed.
- 3. Items should be in the same condition as received.
- 4. Return Shipping charges will be borne by the end customer based on the case.
Unless you received a wrong/defect shipment, the below items are not eligible for returns:
Unstitched Materials, Lingerie Items, Veshtis, Lungis & other non-readymade clothing item returns are not accepted.
Cancellation Policy
